Know the difference between maintenance products and a repair when choosing roof and weather-seal care.

RV roofs and seals do not all use the same materials. Before choosing products, the roof type and manufacturer restrictions need review. Share the RV model, any known roof replacement and the problem you are trying to solve. A compatible cleaner or permitted protectant for one surface may be inappropriate for another.
What routine care includes
BlueBeaver’s roof and weather-seal care package covers accessible condition review, compatible cleaning and permitted protectant spray within the published technician-hour allowance. Materials are itemized. We document the product used and any areas needing separate repair. Unsafe roof access or unsuitable weather may limit or postpone the work.
When repair is needed
Cracked seams, staining, visible damage or suspected moisture need assessment before treating the roof as a routine wash. Cleaner and protectant are not waterproofing or structural repair. Full resealing, concealed moisture investigation and damaged decking are separate scopes. Ask which findings are confirmed and which need further testing.
Keep a useful record
Save product details, photos and recommended follow-up with your RV files. Follow the roof and sealant manufacturers’ inspection intervals and restrictions. If a new leak is noticed, report when it happens and where you first saw moisture. Photos from inside can be helpful without requiring you to climb onto the roof. We obtain approval before additional repairs.
