CLEAR EXPECTATIONS
Booking & service terms
BlueBeaver RV Service · BlueBeaver Systems Inc.
Effective September 13, 2026. Keep this page with your estimate and job documents.
Booking requests and estimates
An online request is not a confirmed appointment. We confirm service suitability, location, arrival window and scope. A price inquiry or estimate does not reserve a date. Estimates are valid until the stated expiry; parts availability can change before acceptance.
Your approval comes first
We obtain approval for the scope and price or hourly approval limit before starting chargeable work. Diagnostic time is chargeable when agreed even if a repair is not completed. We request fresh approval before extra work or an increased approval limit. An inspection does not authorize repairs. Package prices cover only the listed equipment, quantities and technician-hour allowance.
Preparing the site
You must have permission for us to work on the vehicle and at its location. Provide safe level access, keys and the agreed utilities. Tell us about animals, contamination, damaged structures and access restrictions. Clear the work area and secure valuables. We may stop or reschedule work if conditions, weather or equipment make it unsafe. Any additional visit or travel charges must be disclosed and agreed first.
Changing or cancelling a visit
Contact hello@bluebeaver.ca or (403) 851-5352 as early as possible, preferably at least 24 hours ahead. We do not automatically charge a cancellation penalty under these general terms. Any separately agreed special-order, dispatch or cancellation charge must be disclosed before acceptance and remains subject to applicable cancellation and refund rights. We will contact you if weather, traffic or earlier work delays the visit.
Parts, products and unfinished work
Parts and consumables are additional unless specifically included. Substitutions and special-order terms require approval. Customer-supplied parts must be compatible; we explain any additional diagnostic or fitment work before proceeding. Manufacturer warranties and applicable legal rights remain in place. We record incomplete work, limitations and recommended follow-up. No universal warranty period is created by this page; any applicable written workmanship or manufacturer warranty is provided with the job.
Maintenance and inspection limits
Maintenance reduces risk but cannot prevent every failure. Rodent spray and exclusion work do not guarantee a pest-free vehicle. Roof cleaner or permitted protectant does not repair a leak. Inspections record accessible condition and tests performed at the time, including not-tested items. They do not guarantee hidden condition, future performance, purchase value, roadworthiness or regulatory certification. Engine, drivetrain, invasive, laboratory and specialist testing are excluded unless explicitly agreed.
Insurance and payments
We can prepare reports and estimates for your insurer but cannot decide coverage or promise reimbursement. Provide the claim and adjuster details and authorize claim-related coordination. You remain responsible for approved charges not paid by the insurer, including any deductible, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Payment is due as shown on the invoice. Pay by card through our Square link or Interac e-Transfer to finance@bluebeaver.ca using the invoice reference. Card status updates after provider verification; finance verifies e-transfers. Do not send card or bank credentials through chat.
Photos, communications and privacy
We keep job photos, service notes, approvals and communications to carry out the service and maintain records. Job evidence is not marketing permission. See our privacy notice for chat, optional location, website activity and AI processing. Keep private report and payment links confidential. AI drafts require staff review and cannot approve work, diagnose your RV or confirm appointments.
Concerns and your legal rights
Contact us promptly with the invoice number and details of any concern so we can investigate. Do not continue operating equipment with an identified safety concern. Nothing here waives protections under Alberta consumer law or other applicable law, restricts truthful reviews, requires mandatory arbitration or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any mandatory disclosure, cancellation or refund rights take priority.
