Information used for your visit

BlueBeaver collects contact details, your RV information, service location and the issues you report to arrange and carry out mobile RV service. Estimates, approvals, invoices, work notes and condition photos form part of the service record.

Arrival tracking and photos

Your technician can share their current location while travelling to your visit. Sharing stops when they arrive or end tracking. GPS can become stale when a phone loses reception or closes the page. Arrival times are estimates. Condition photos document the RV before and after service; please avoid including people and unrelated personal belongings.

Customer accounts

Sign-in links are sent to your email through the connected email provider. Links expire after 15 minutes and can be used once. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, or until you sign out. Your account shows records linked to your verified email. You can edit contact details and saved RV profiles; issued service and billing records are retained separately.

Private booking links

Your booking link gives access to your service updates and documents. Keep it private. Contact us if you need a link replaced or information corrected.

Messages, payments and AI

Service emails are sent through Resend when connected. Optional service SMS is processed through Quo when connected. Online and terminal card payments are processed by Square; this website does not collect card details. Benny the Beaver is our AI assistant. When the team is away, new chats can receive clearly labelled AI replies and chat text is processed by OpenAI. AI can make mistakes; pricing, diagnosis and appointment confirmation come from the BlueBeaver team. Only replies explicitly approved by the owner are used as shared AI reference material.

Website chat and attachments

Website conversations, contact details you provide, photos, videos and optional location pins are stored on our service systems so the office can help and prepare a booking. An HttpOnly cookie keeps this browser connected to its private conversation for up to 30 days. Starting a new chat accepts this disclosed AI-assisted service; when the team enables AI, chat text is sent to OpenAI; attachment contents and structured intake details are for staff review. The office controls switching between AI and a person. Your email is required so the team can follow up. Messages remain saved if AI is unavailable. Do not include payment credentials, entry codes or unrelated personal documents.

Optional website activity

With your choice to allow measurement, we record an anonymous session identifier, last public page, broad device category and approximate network city/country. We do not store your full IP address, page query strings or private document URLs in this activity table. Live activity records expire after 24 hours. Anonymous page-visit records used for daily statistics are retained for 90 days; these include a session identifier, public path, date, broad device category and approximate city/country. Session counts are browser sessions, not identified people, and people who decline measurement are not included. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Precise geolocation is requested separately only when you choose to share a service location. To change your activity choice, clear this site’s stored browser data.

Access and questions
