A LITTLE CLARITY BEFORE THE ROAD

Good questions.
Straightforward answers.

Is my chosen time confirmed immediately?

Your selection is a request. We review the work, location, travel time and team availability before confirming the visit.

Where can you service my RV?

We serve Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere, Canmore, Banff and nearby areas, subject to travel and job suitability. Tell us about gate access, available power and water, and where your RV is parked.

How much does labour cost?

$185.00 per hour before GST for hourly work. Some services have package prices and solar projects use a reviewed quote. We show the available pricing during booking and confirm the scope and approval limit before work.

Is travel included?

Inspections, bearing and brake service, pre-season and solar packages include call-out at no extra charge. The regular call-out starts at $80 before GST. For other work, mobile call-out is additional. Booking shows the current travel rule and calculates the route where available. Your estimate itemizes labour, travel, parts, supplies and 5% GST.

Which inspection should I choose?

Choose Basic for safety essentials, Standard for a broader systems review, or Pre-Purchase / Comprehensive for a buying decision. Insurance condition documentation is also available. Tell us if you need guidance.

Can I see who is coming?

Your customer portal shows assigned technician names and visit updates. When a team is on the way, shared location and ETA updates help you plan. An ETA is an estimate and can change with traffic or earlier work.

How do payments and insurance work?

Pay by card through the invoice’s Square link or a Square machine onsite. Interac e-Transfer instructions use finance@bluebeaver.ca; finance confirms receipt. A completed Square payment is verified against the invoice and does not need finance approval. Insurance responsibilities are tracked separately and coverage must be confirmed by your insurer.

What if I need to reschedule?

Please contact us as early as possible, ideally at least 24 hours before the visit. We will review the available options and any applicable terms from your confirmed booking.

Can you help with an urgent problem?

Call (403) 851-5352 to check field-support availability. Online requests are not an emergency dispatch service.

Where are my documents?

Use your private booking link for approved estimates, invoices and released inspection reports. Keep the link secure. If you cannot find it, contact the team.

Can I get an estimate without booking a visit?

Yes. Send the RV and job details through chat or contact the office. We can prepare a quotation without a scheduled appointment. Once you approve it, the team can create a linked appointment request.

Can the office record my approval?

You can approve through the private estimate page. If you approve by phone, email or in person, the owner can record who approved, how approval was received and the supporting details. A change to the agreed scope may require a revised estimate.

What is included in a maintenance package?

Each package lists the included work and exclusions. Pre-season, appliance care, vent and duct cleaning, roof care and rodent prevention have different scopes. Accessible components, equipment suitability and any additional parts are reviewed before work.

What does rodent prevention involve?

The agreed package uses a quality rodent-deterrent spray suitable for the application, alongside accessible entry-point review and prevention advice. It reduces risk; it is not a guarantee against mice or a treatment for every existing infestation. Product suitability and any further exclusion work are confirmed by the team.

How many tires can I book?

Tire replacement is $60 per tire before GST, with up to six tires per booking. Tire supply, fitment and additional charges are confirmed separately. Include tire-size photos and whether the spare is part of your request.

Do you service utility, work and boat trailers?

Yes. These have a separate trailer-service department. Share the trailer type, axle count, equipment details and the work needed so we can review suitability and the correct service scope.

Are all solar packages Victron Energy systems?

No. The listed base-package equipment defines what is included. Victron Energy controllers, inverter/chargers and monitoring can be specified as separately quoted options when suitable. Solar runtime depends on the complete system and how it is used.

Can I upload photos or video to chat?

Yes. Start with your email, then use Attach to choose from your camera or library. Supported formats and the 25 MB limit are shown in chat. The office can request your service location, RV details or a booking form. The backend controls whether AI or a person replies; AI requires your permission.

What do I need for an insurance request?

Select the insurance option and provide the insurer, policy or claim information, incident details and adjuster contact when available. Tell us what information is still pending. An inspection or estimate does not guarantee insurer authorization or reimbursement.

Where can I find my diagnostic report and photos?

After the team releases the reviewed report and selected job photos, they appear on your private service page and in the customer portal. You can view or download documents and use the email option. Draft notes and unshared photos are not customer documents.

How do I order RV parts?

Use Order RV Parts to enter the part number, quantity, equipment details and photos. We review compatibility, availability and price before confirming an order. Tell us whether installation is also required.

How does a revisit work?

After invoicing, the technician records whether further work is needed and can request a linked follow-up appointment. The office confirms its schedule and any charges. A revisit request does not mean the new work is free or already confirmed.

How does the loyalty credit work?

The program provides a $25 service credit after every five completed, fully paid visits. Your account shows your customer level and eligible credit. The invoice records any credit applied so it cannot be used twice.
