What we check before confirming
Your tire and wheel details
Send the sidewall size, load range, tire quantity and RV or trailer details. A clear sidewall and wheel photo helps us confirm the product. Trailer tires are not automatically suitable for motorhomes or tow vehicles.
A practical service plan
We confirm safe access, wheel condition, compatible valves or tubes, balancing requirements, disposal and travel. Tell us about damaged studs, seized wheel nuts or unusual wheels before the appointment.
Before booking
The team checks fitment and availability, issues your estimate, and orders the agreed tires after approval. Booking remains a request until the tires and required parts have arrived and your team confirms the time.
Can I request a size not listed?
Yes. Send a parts request with the tire size, quantity, load range and photos. We will check options before quoting.
Are the catalogue photos exact?
Product photos show the listed tire where available. Cards marked “Generic illustration” use a placeholder and do not represent an exact tread, size or brand.
Can I book for tomorrow?
Tire work includes preparation and pickup time. The current minimum lead time and first request date appear above. Required parts must also be received before your appointment is confirmed.
