Booking RV service when you plan to use insurance
Prepare claim details and understand the difference between a repair estimate, insurer approval and payment.

Select the insurance option in booking and provide the insurer, insured name, incident description and claim progress. Add the claim number and adjuster contact if already assigned. If these do not exist yet, say so. Share only information needed for the service; a complete policy or unrelated identity document is usually not needed in a booking request.
An estimate supports the review
We can document accessible condition, job photos and the proposed repair scope. A price inquiry can be prepared without reserving a visit. Some faults or hidden damage still require an onsite assessment before the work can be estimated accurately. An estimate does not mean the insurer has approved coverage.
Confirm who will pay
Coverage, deductible and approvals come from the insurer. Ask your adjuster whether pre-authorization is required before repairs. BlueBeaver records agreed customer and insurer responsibilities, but you remain responsible for approved charges not paid by insurance unless another written arrangement applies. Changes to the repair scope may require fresh customer and insurer review.
After the work
Your private service page provides released reports and invoices to view or download. Pay the customer balance through the Square link on your phone, or send Interac e-Transfer to finance@bluebeaver.ca with the invoice reference. Square card payments update after verification; finance matches e-transfers. Keep payment references and tell the office about any unresolved claim issue.
