Planning your visit

A smoother mobile RV service appointment in Calgary and nearby areas

Prepare the address, RV profile, site access and approval details that help a mobile service visit run smoothly.

Give the location where the RV is parked

A home mailing address may differ from the service location. Use address search, add the city and postal code, and include the stall, campsite or unit number separately. If sharing your phone’s location, do so while standing at the RV. Tell us about gate access, site permission and suitable working space before the request is reviewed.

Save the RV profile and the concern

Returning customers can select their saved RV when booking. Check that its details still match the unit being serviced and describe the current concern, not only a previous job. Add relevant photos or equipment labels. If you are enquiring about price first, the office can prepare an estimate without reserving an appointment.

Know which steps need approval

A requested date is not a confirmed booking. The office reviews scope, location and team availability. An advance estimate may be used when appropriate, followed by an onsite estimate if diagnosis changes the work needed. Your approval applies to the described scope and limit; additional work is agreed separately.

Finish with records and a clear next step

After checkout, the invoice and released reports can be viewed or downloaded from your service page or account. Pay using the offered Square option or the e-transfer instructions. A technician can request a linked revisit when further work is needed. Keep your contact and RV profiles current so future appointments start with the right information.
